Poor Rice Program for Poor Households. until now still raises a number of issues, including the distribution is not on target, not the right amount and not on time, making it less useful for the recipient. The purpose of this study is to describe the distribution of Raskin in Gampong Gureb Blang IDI RAYEUK District of East Aceh district, map the constraints experienced in the implementation of Raskin and advise management efforts Raskin to a better future.
